PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Papuk e-bike
Our starting point is Camp Duboka, located above the town of Velika. Here, we pick up our electric bikes and go through a short training session on how to ride them. While many people assume otherwise, you still have to pedal even with an electric bike—but the added power makes it much easier!
The first part of our journey follows a beautiful, ever-flowing stream, leading us to its two sources—one emerging from a rock and the other from the ground. We take a short break here before continuing to our next destination: the Jankovac Forest Park. This stunning location features several caves, springs, two lakes, and a 40-meter-high waterfall cascading over travertine barriers. Here, we’ll take a break, enjoy a drink, or treat ourselves to a sweet strudel.
Afterward, we head back toward Velika, but this time via a different route. The first stretch is paved and uphill, but with these bikes, it’s no challenge at all! Along the way, we visit two viewpoints—one offering breathtaking views of Papuk and the other overlooking our Golden Slavonia.
We conclude our adventure at Camp Duboka, where we return our bikes and wrap up this unforgettable electric journey.
The entire tour lasts approximately 3-4 hours.
