RESERVATION
Once you choose the program that suits you, you have several ways to reserve your trip or escape into nature. Here is the translation:
“Sign up via email, phone call, or the form located next to the information in the description of each trip.”
Email: Send an inquiry to our address regarding accommodation, travel, or an excursion you’re interested in (name, number of people, travel date, and the name of the trip/travel or other service), and we will respond as soon as possible with further instructions on availability and payment methods.
Form submission: Each program has a highlighted form that needs to be filled out with the required information. By clicking on send, we receive the request and will respond as soon as possible with further instructions regarding availability and payment methods
PAYMENT
TRANSACTIONAL PAYMENT
Transactional payment can be made via a general payment slip or online banking. After sending the offer and accepting a specific program, we will provide you with the details for transactional payment. You will receive an offer containing all the details necessary for the payment.
The passenger is fully responsible for any bank transfer fees.
Payment in foreign currency (€):
All payments will be made in Croatian kuna (HRK). We will charge the credit card for the amount obtained by converting the price from foreign currency to kuna according to the applicable exchange rate of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. for foreign currencies. You can check your currency conversion here. When charging the credit card, the same amount will be converted into the local currency according to the exchange rate of the card issuer. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the price listed on our website.
Payment in Croatian kuna
The charged amount on the credit card will be processed in the local currency – Croatian kuna.
Sales Conditions
The retail price displayed on the agency’s website (www.thrillseekercroatia.com) includes all taxes and other charges, as well as the currency of payment, kuna and euro. All additional charges, such as fees and similar costs, are clearly stated.
The general terms and conditions of the agency are an integral part of the contractual provisions and contain all the necessary information regarding the conclusion of the contract (sale/purchase), description, method, and payment deadline, as well as the execution or provision of the service and the customer’s right to cancel the contract according to Article 45. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the right to cancel the contract, situations in which the customer’s right to cancel the contract is excluded, and the conditions for complaints or refunds of money and/or goods and services offered after the sale, such as warranty conditions provided with the service, are outlined.
