Definition?

Literally translated, “team building” means strengthening teams, but it is not explained in what way.

Some teams prefer to relax through wine tasting or cooking, while others unwind with various team games and activities. For some, the most important thing is simply being anywhere but the office.

The area where we organize team-building activities is Slavonia & Geopark Papuk. If you belong to the first group—those who love wine—there is no better place than the Golden Valley and the southern slopes of Papuk, home to some of the finest wines in Croatia, Europe, and even the world.

For the second group, this is also a fantastic area! Not only will you see lakes and a waterfall deep in the forest, but you’ll also get to paddle a canoe, overcome obstacles in an adventure park, and compete for the best slingshot score (and don’t worry—if you don’t know how to use one, we’ll teach you!).

As for the third group—those who just want to be anywhere but the office—once they experience this place, next time, they’ll be the ones taking the initiative to return!

Our team consists of HGSS (Croatian Mountain Rescue Service) members, former professional soldiers, people with office experience, and even a psychologist. Together, we have created three unique programs for you—all you need to do is show up and choose!
Additionally, we can design completely customized programs, such as a first aid refresher course led by HGSS rescuers, wilderness survival training, and many other activities.
