BOOKING & PAYMENT METHODSYou have few options to book your adventure tour. First one is direct booking and the second option is filling up our contact form, available on every tour description. Or you can simply send us an e-mail or contact us via phone call. If the tour or date you wish to book is not available and if you have a specific inquiry and need our assistance, feel free to contact us for a customized tour.
HOW TO BOOK
Booking via contact form:
For any of the offered tours, you can contact us via booking form. Fill up details and click send. We will receive your inquiry and answer with no further delay. If and when you agree with program details, we send you payment details. You can settle down your amount via bank transaction. After visible payment, we will send you an invoice and/or voucher which is your ticket to go to a meeting point. Before payment, we advise you to read our terms&conditions.
PAYMENT
Transaction payment via bank account
Transaction payment can be made by general payment agent, credit card or Internet banking. After the accepted program, we will send you a quote which has all payment details. The cost of bank transfers is carried out by the traveler in full.
Payment in local currency
All payments will be calculated in HRK. The amount billed to the credit card is converted into local currency at the exchange rate.
If paying in Kuna please note that the minimum exchange rate is 1€ = 7.30 Kuna as we have calculated our prices according to that average rate.
Payment in foreign currency
When paying by bank transaction: Payments can be made in Croatian Kuna or in Euro. If converting in kuna, the credit card will be charged in the amount obtained by the conversion of the valid exchange rate of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. . You can check your currency conversion here. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
Terms of sale
All prices stated on this website (www.thrillseekercroatia.com) include taxes and benefits stated in each program. Prices are stated in kuna (HRK) and euro (€). Any optional supplements (such as travel insurance and/or additional fees) are clearly indicated.
Before paying and confirming the reservation, we advise you to read our terms&conditions. The stated information contains all necessary information such as contract agreement, payment due dates and description for each type of tour, general service information as well as costumers right to terminate the contract by the Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act.
In the booking process, you can correct your information before finalizing the payment. Our terms&conditions as the tour contract are available in PDF document which we can send by e-mail.
