Behind this whole project stands one person with an incredible passion for activities and love for nature.
My name is Josip Lukačević, but everyone calls me Lux, so you can too. I am trying to realize my dream, which is to turn my hobby into a business, and I can say that I am on the right track. In addition to almost all of Croatia, I have also cycled through a lot of Europe. I have been mountaineering for the last 11 years and besides climbing all the rocks in Croatia (NP “Paklenica”, Biokovo, Dabarski kukovi, Tulov grede, Klek and a lot more) I also climbed a lot in the Alps in Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria, Italy. I have kayaked almost all Croatian rivers and I am a self-taught kayaker (I would not recommend it to anyone), and I have visited the mountains of Croatia in all conditions. I am also a volunteer/rescuer of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service. I have licenses such as ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) and RESCUE3 (rescue in wild waters). I live at the bottom of the unique Geopark Papuk, but I lived a lot of time in Lika, so I feel like a native there and on Velebit. I started this whole story when I resigned from the army after 11 years of service.
